Our new TARP-RITE Double Frame Trussed Hoop Buildings incorporate the use of our new stronger truss arches designed with a “Double Reinforced Hoop”. These are designed and tested to carry the heaviest loads and this frame design also allows us to manufacture buildings in widths of 40’, 50’ and 60’. Our new and stronger TARP-RITE truss design allows us to manufacture buildings in either a quonset (knee-wall) style or in a new straight-wall design.
The TARP-RITE Double Frame Trussed Hoops are made from top quality GatorShield tubing which is manufactured by Allied Tubing & Conduit. The TARP-RITE Double Frame Trussed Hoops are spaced 14” apart with a combination of spacers and webs for an extra strong arch design. The high--tension steel (60,000 LBS PSI) frames are galvanized for rust protection and plastic coated for a smooth anti-rub finish.
The TARP-RITE Inc. line of Arch-Span Buildings use polyethylene membrane fabrics which are 22 mil, have a 4 mil coating on each side, offer exceptional strength, are lightweight and have an excellent tear and puncture resistance. The fabrics used are available in either a regular finish or fire retardant finish plus the fabrics are available in a number of colors, so we can offer our customers a unique and totally custom finished product.
